Triumphant Return

CANTON — Sean Flanagan will make an improbable appearance when St. Lawrence hockey opens its season at Minnesota State.
Two years ago, the Canton native's season was cut short with a hip injury. He missed 11 of the team's final 15 games of the 2008-09 season.
He needed offseason surgery and spent last season sidelined, but never far from the Appleton Arena.
