Developing Talent Ultimately Leads to Wins

Today, the Saints embark upon a marathon stretch of the season that has them playing 10 of its next 11 games away from Appleton Arena.
It doesn't end until almost February and, by then, according the coach Joe Marsh, the Saints will have sowed its seeds for this season and next.
"Everything we do right now, right this day, next week and the week after that has a bearing, not just where we're going to be in February and March; it's where we're going to be in February and March of 2012," he said. "It has a bearing to what kind of mentality a team has and development of a culture on that team and where it's going to end up."
