Sexton has Inside Track to Remain Panthers GM
The following article featuring former St. Lawrence standout Randy Sexton appeared in the September 20 issue of the Miami Herald.

EDMONTON, Alberta -- When Jacques Martin resigned as general
manager of the Panthers, the team quickly set out to find his
replacement. Alternate governor Bill Torrey was put in charge of
the search, and he interviewed a number of candidates.
For now, however, that work is on hold.
Randy Sexton, who still holds the title of assistant general
manager, will continue to run things for the time being. With the
Panthers ownership situation still in flux, Torrey said there is no
hurry to do anything and that Sexton has proved he can do the job.
