Fensel, Ross Strike Right Tone

CANTON — This is the final ECAC Hockey tournament run for
seniors Shawn Fensel and Jared Ross.
They're as elated as everyone else on the St. Lawrence University
men's hockey team about getting the postseason started Friday with
a quarterfinal series against Quinnipiac. Fensel and Ross just
choose to keep their excitement inside.
The Saints' subdued defensemen don't say much, but their quiet
demeanor has made them perfect second-year captains. Because of
their lack of braggadocio, Fensel and Ross became the ninth and
10th players in school history to be selected as captains for a
second season. They are silent, but never satisfied.
