
Kings Send Zeiler to Manchester
MANCHESTER, NH -- The Los Angeles Kings, the parent club of the
Manchester Monarchs, have assigned former St. Lawrence forward John
Zeiler to the Monarchs, Kings President/General Manager Dean
Lombardi announced Sunday.
Zeiler, 25, has one assist and 23 penalty minutes in 36 games with
the Kings this season. With the Monarchs, he has eight points
(4-4=8) and 31 penalty minutes in 39 games this season. The
6-foot, 193-pound native of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, has
appeared in 59 career NHL games - all with the Kings - and has four
points (1-3=4) and 45 penalty minutes. Zeiler signed with the
Kings as an unrestricted free agent on February 17, 2007.
