Rank Returns to Wilkes-Barre
The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins (AHL) have recalled former
St. Lawrence forward Kyle Rank from Wheeling of the ECHL, the team
announced Tuesday.
Rank, 25, has recorded 12 points (5+7) in 22 games with the Nailers
this season. He made his professional debut with the Bridgeport
Sound Tigers last season, appearing in 10 games and recording four
points (2+2).
The 6-1, 190 pound wing from Elmira, ON, spent four seasons at St.
Lawrence University, posting 99 points (39+60) in 151 games.
The Penguins hit the road for three games this weekend, taking on
the Worcester Sharks, Albany River Rats and Philadelphia Phantoms,
before returning home to host the Manchester Monarchs on Friday,
December 21.
