THREE-GAME WEEK CONTINUES
The Engineers conclude a stretch of three games in five days this weekend, when they host St. Lawrence and No. 3 Clarkson at the Houston Field House ... Puck drop is scheduled for 7pm on both Friday and Saturday nights.

RPI AND HARVARD TIE
Freshman goaltender Linden Marshall made a career-high 45 saves to lead the Engineers to a 2-2 tie with Harvard on Tuesday night at the Houston Field House ... Senior Viktor Liljegren netted the game's opening goal, before the Crimson fought back to take a 2-1 lead ... RPI senior captain Jared Wilson netted the equalizing goal at 10:07 of the third period on a 5-on-3 power play.

AUTISM AWARENESS
Rensselaer will host its sixth annual Autism Awareness Game on Friday at the Houston Field House, when the Engineers take on St. Lawrence at 7pm ... The night will including the elimination of flashing lights and lower volumes inside the arena.

RPI LEADERS
Sophomore Jacob Hayhurst leads the Engineers with 14 points on seven goals and seven assists through 21 games ... Junior Evan Tironese (6 goals, 6 assists) has 12 points, while senior blueliner Mike Prapavessis (11 assists) is third with 11 ... Sophomores Willy Reilly (7 goals, 3 assists) and Todd Burgess (1 goal, 9 assists) join freshman Emil Ohrvall (1 goal 9 assists) with 10 points apiece.

ENGINEERS GOALTENDING
Freshman netminder Linden Marshall is 2-8-1 with a 3.33 goals against average and a .901 save percentage in 13 games (12 starts) ... Junior Chase Perry has started nine games for the Engineers this season, going 1-7-2 with a 3.55 goals against average and a .897 save percentage.

DONATO DENIED
The Engineers became the first time to hold Harvard junior forward Ryan Donato without a point this season, snapping his 14-game streak with at least one ... Recently named to the 2018 U.S. Olympic Team, he has 14 goals and eight assists in 15 contests.

ALL-TIME VS. SLU
The Saints own an 83-57-7 lead in the all-time series, which dates back to January 3, 1951 – a 7-2 St. Lawrence victory in Troy ... The Saints won 12 of 13 meetings from February 1, 1986 to December 28, 1991.

RECENTLY
SLU is 7-2-1 over the last 10 meetings, including three straight victories prior to the 4-4 tie on November 4, 2017 ... RPI's last home victory over the Saints came on February 28, 2015 – a 4-3 decision.

ENGINEERS TIE AT SLU
RPI picked up its first league point of the year on November 4, tying St. Lawrence, 4-4, at Appleton Arena ... After Alex Gilmour gave the hosts an early 1-0 lead, Will Reilly and Evan Tironese scored to put the Engineers on top, 2-1 ... The Saints answered with a late first period tally and another midway through the second to take a 3-2 lead, but Reilly's second of the night knotted the score at 3-3, heading into the third ... Jesper Ohrvall gave RPI a 4-3 lead less than a minute into the final stanza, but an extra-attacker, power play tally from Joe Sullivan evened things up with 28 seconds left in regulation.

FOR THE SAINTS
St. Lawrence is riding a four-game unbeaten streak (3-0-1) into the weekend, with wins over Vermont, UMass Lowell and Canisius ... The Saints are paced offensively by junior Jacob Prichard, who has eight goals and nine assists for 17 points ... Senior Joe Sullivan (8 goals, 5 assists) has 13 points, while sophomore Ben Finkelstein (3 goals, 9 assists) and Nolan Gluchowski (12 assists) each have 12 points.

BETWEEN THE PIPES
Junior Arthur Brey (1-12-1) has a 4.07 goals against average and an .882 save percentage in 14 games (all starts) ... Sophomore Daniel Mannella (3-2-1) has a 2.47 goals against average and a .925 save percentage in nine appearances (6 starts) with one shutout to his credit.

Leading the way is a trio of sophomores, paced by Sheldon Rempal, who has 16 goals and nine assists for 25 points ... Devin Brosseau (4 goals, 18 assists) is right behind him with 22 points, while Nico Sturm (7 goals, 11 assists) has 18 ... Senior Terrance Amorosa (5 goals, 11 assists) is the top scoring defenseman with 16 points.

KIELLY FACTOR
Sophomore goaltender Jake Kielly has played every minute for the Golden Knights so far this season, posting a 16-3-1 record with a 1.35 goals against average and a .948 save percentage.

TOUGH COUNTRY
RPI took one point from its North Country trip earlier this year for the just the sixth time in school history ... The Engineers have taken three points from Clarkson and St. Lawrence four times and all four points four times.

WHAT'S A TIE?
The Engineers and Saints 4-4 tie on November 4, 2017 was the first between the two ECAC Hockey foes since February 15, 1969 – a 5-5 draw in Canton.

GORNALL JOINS ENGINEERS
Sophomore Mike Gornall will be added to the roster as a transfer from the University of North Dakota ... While ineligible to play this season under NCAA guidelines, he can practice with the Engineers after enrolling at the institute this January.

TWO LEAVE PROGRAM
Freshman Gavin Payne and Troy York will not return to the Engineers for the spring semester as they pursue other opportunities, according to head coach Dave Smith ... York played in 16 games for RPI this season, collecting three goals and five assists for eight points ... He had two power play tallies and one game-winner, earn ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Week on October 24 ... In eight ECAC Hockey contests, he had three assists for three points ... Payne appeared in two contests for the Engineers. He made is collegiate debut in RPI's 1-0 overtime loss to then-No.4 Notre Dame on November 18, while also suiting up against then-No. 3 Clarkson in a 2-0 defeat at the 2017 Friendship Four in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

MARSHALL RECENTLY
In his last 10 starts, freshman netminder Linden Marshall has posted a 3.06 goals against average and a .909 save percentage ... He has a 1-7-1 record, with those games coming against No. 4 Notre Dame, No. 5 Clarkson, Maine, No. 13 New Hampshire and Harvard.

SHUTOUT STREAK SNAPPED
Rensselaer saw its home shutout streak against Harvard snapped on Tuesday night, when Michael Floodstrand tallied at 16:14 of the second period ... RPI had held the Crimson scoreless over the previous 179:07 of game time at the Houston Field House ... Jason Kasdorf stopped all 43 shots he faced in a 0-0 tie on December 5, 2015, before Chase Perry turned in a 41-save shutout on January 13, 2017.

CRIMSON EARNS SHUTOUT
Senior netminder Merrick Madsen stopped all 32 shots he faced in leading Harvard to a 3-0 victory on Friday night in Cambridge, Mass. ... Ryan Donato, Ty Pelton-Byce and Jack Badini scored for the Crimson, who out-shot the Engineers, 42-32, on the night ... Lindon Marshall had 39 saves for Rensselaer.

DARTMOUTH WINS IN OVERTIME
Despite coming back from a 4-1 deficit to take a 5-4 lead in the third period, the Engineers fell to the Big Green, 6-5 in overtime, on Saturday night in Hanover, N.H. ... Rensselaer scored three goals in a span of 2:27 in the second to climb out of a three-goal hole and went ahead at 17:11 of the third thanks to Max Reisinger's second tally of the season ... Quin Foreman netted an extra attacker goal to tie the game at 18:37, before Kevan Kilistoff potted the winner with 50 seconds remaining in the extra session.

SWEDISH CONNECTION
The Engineers are 3-5-2 when either senior Viktor Liljegren, freshman Emil Ohrvall or junior Jesper Ohrvall records at least one point, including 3-1-1 when Liljegren finds the back of the net.
