Foss has Become Mr. Reliable at RPI

The Record
TROY — Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute hockey fans
speak often of the upcoming graduation losses of high-scoring
forwards Chase Polacek and Tyler Helfrich and tough defenseman and
captain John Kennedy.
“Oh, yeah, Jeff Foss, too,” commonly follows.
While he is arguably RPI’s most consistent player, Foss
simply doesn’t get the acclaim of the aforementioned players,
or fellow defensemen Nick Bailen and Mike Bergin or several of the
freshmen and sophomore forwards.
