York Promoted to AHL

HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL - The Chicago Express, proud member of the ECHL and proud affiliate of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets, announced today that former Rensselaer goaltender Allen York has been reassigned by the Columbus Blue Jackets to the Springfield Falcons.
York has played six of the last seven games for the Express, and on the season has a 2.99 GAA, a .903 save percentage, and a 4-2-1-0 record. The 6-4, 170 pound rookie goaltender has played in four games with the Blue Jackets, posting a 3.53 GAA and .878 save percentage.
