Engineers Hope to Spoil Notre Dame's Big Night

TROY – “I can’t think of a better time to play Notre Dame.”
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute head hockey coach Seth Appert,
tossing aside the team’s growing injury list and the fact
that the Engineers haven’t scored a goal in over 132 minutes,
made that statement several times this week.
The Engineers don’t need any additional motivation when they
take on the 6th-ranked Fighting Irish tonight at 7:35. They need a
few goals and —soon, hopefully — they need their
injuries to heal.
