RPI's Senior Stars Still Young

TROY -- Chase Polacek, Bryan Brutlag and Jeff Foss might be RPI's senior leaders, but by college hockey standards, they're still in their adolescence.
At 21 years old, Brutlag and Polacek are the same age as several RPI freshmen. At 22, Foss is sophomore-aged.
How did that happen? Polacek, Brutlag and Foss did something most unusual in Division I hockey -- they graduated high school, then went to college.
