Kearns Most Deserving
TROY – Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute will add former
standout player and coach Garry Kearns to its Hockey Ring of Honor
on Saturday.
Many say Kearns should already be there, not because he’s
the best player but because of his importance to Rensselaer’s
Division I hockey program.
Kearns joins Adam Oates, Joé Juneau, Ned Harkness, Frank
Chiarelli and Bob Brinkworth in the Ring of Honor.
