New Wardrobe Necessary for Bulked Up Pirri

The following article featuring Rensselaer forward Brandon Pirri appeared in the May 31 issue of the Troy Record.
TROY – Brandon Pirri had to buy some new dress shirts
recently. At the team banquet last month, the Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute star sophomore-to-be couldn’t close the
top button of his shirt and had to loosen his tie.
The flashy center iceman has bulked up since the end of the
season, as have several of the Engineers.
Rensselaer head coach Seth Appert says Pirri “has had a
great spring. It’s exciting. He’s broadening out and he
needed to.”
