RPI Looks to Sweep and Gain Bye

Weeks ago, RPI hockey coach Seth Appert said the Engineers could
finish as one of the top four teams in the ECAC. It would be
difficult, he said, but not be impossible.
The end of the ECAC regular season is here and RPI is in position
to finish in the top four and get a coveted bye in the first round
of the playoffs. It will be difficult, yes, but not impossible.
The Engineers finish the regular season with games at at Colgate
tonight and Cornell on Saturday. If the Engineers win both, they
will finish fourth and get the bye.
