York Wants to Earn Accolades
The following article featuring Rensselaer goaltender Allen York appeared in the October 12 issue of the Troy Record.
TROY — “Allen York, Preseason All-ECAC
goaltender,” Rensselaer hockey coach Seth Appert said
loudly.
“That's a joke,” the junior netminder said from a few
feet away.
What’s a joke, that Appert announced York in that manner or
the fact that ECAC Hockey media members voted him that title?
