Appert Confident Engineers Will Continue Making Strides

TROY — For the third consecutive preseason, Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute head hockey coach Seth Appert was asked if
this was a pivotal season for him, for his era as head of the
Engineers.
“And each year I tell you,” Appert replied,
“that I don’t really worry about my era, I just worry
about this hockey team.”
“I don’t concern myself with myself,” he added.
“It’s not my era, this is our hockey team.”
