Injuries Leave RPI Shorthanded for Tough Road Trip

The Record
TROY — At full strength, this road trip would have been a
quite difficult one for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, traveling
to meet Yale and Brown.
The Engineers had hoped, if not expected, to have senior
defenseman, captain and intensity leader John Kennedy back for
tonight’s (7) game at No. 2-ranked Yale.
With the extent of C.J. Lee’s injury far less serious than
first thought when Lee was carried off the ice on stretcher against
Connecticut one week ago, it had been hoped he’d be able to
play.
