TROY — It took him a while but, without prodding, Seth
Appert admitted on Sunday that the 4-0 victory at Yale on Saturday
night represented the Engineers’ most complete performance of
the season.
“Prooob-ably,” he said. “It’s tough to
compare games because of different situations, different matchups.
I think it was, all-around.”
Not only to the victory give the Engineers a season sweep of the
ECAC Hockey's most offensively-talented team (by a combined 9-2
score), it came after a bitterly disappointing, 4-3 overtime loss
at Brown, a team RPI has dominated in recent years.
