TROY — There’s not much greed in Seth Appert and his
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Engineers.
One week after posting their first 2-0-0 start to the ECAC Hockey
season in 12 years, the Engineers (6-3-1 overall) aren’t
talking about a sweep of Clarkson and St. Lawrence in this
weekend’s North Country trek.
Oh, they’d love to beat both the rival Golden Knights
tonight and SLU Saints on Saturday night (both at 7) but Appert and
the players just want to be at their best.
