Recruits Should Help Weak RPI Attack

It’s no secret that the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
men’s hockey team has struggled to score goals over the past
two seasons.
Last season, the Engineers scored just 76 goals; the previous
year, they only had 79.
RPI coach Seth Appert, who prided himself on playing an up-tempo
game when he was hired four years ago, is hoping that the 2009-10
season will be a high-scoring one for the Engineers.
