Albany Recalls MacDonald

ALBANY, NY -- The Albany River Rats announced today that former
Rensselaer forward Kirk MacDonald has been recalled to Albany
from the Florida Everblades of the ECHL.
MacDonald, 23, was loaned to Florida on Friday, November 23rd and
appeared in two home games for the Everblades against the Pensacola
Ice Pilots. The RPI alum has one assist, seven penalty minutes and
a plus one rating in nine games for the River Rats this year. The
Victoria, British Columbia native is expected meet up with the
River Rats team on the road Sunday afternoon as Albany goes
head-to-head with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at 4:00 pm at the
Arena at Harbor Yard.
After Sunday's game in Bridgeport, the River Rats return to action
on Wednesday, November 28th as they challenge the Norfolk Admirals
for the first of two straight games at the Times Union Center.
Albany will also host Norfolk on Friday, November 30th.
