Rampage Re-Assign Marshall
SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio Rampage General Manager Mike Santos announced that the American Hockey League (AHL) club has assigned former Quinnipiac forward David Marshall to their CHL affiliate, the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees.
Marshall, 26, was recalled by San Antonio on Thursday and skated in two games with the Rampage marking his fourth season in the AHL. Last season he split his time between Rochester (AHL), Worcester (AHL), Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL) and Wheeling (ECHL) posting five goals and four assists in 43 AHL games and totaling 22 points (10 goals, 12 assists) in 28 ECHL games. The Buffalo, Minn. native has played in 69 career AHL games contributing nine goals and eight assists and appeared in 11 AHL playoff games last season with the Penguins.
