GREENVILLE, SC - The Greenville Road Warriors announced today that they have signed former Quinnipiac forward Brandon Wong.

Wong, 24, has signed with Greenville after splitting last season between Greenville and the Road Warriors' AHL affiliate, the Connecticut Whale. A 5-10, 185-pound forward, Wong signed with Connecticut after four years at Quinnipiac University and played six games with the Whale before being loaned to the Road Warriors. He scored the first hat trick in Road Warriors history on January 14, 2011 against the Gwinnett Gladiators as part of a rookie season that saw him net 46 points (21G, 25A) in 64 games.
