Quinnipiac Honors Langlois
Quinnipiac junior Jeremy Langlois (Tempe, Ariz.) has been named Quinnipiac's October Athlete of the Month.
Langlois has had an outstanding first month for the Bobcats, helping the team to the No. 20 national ranking in the USCHO.com Division I Poll, the 16th ranking in the INCH Power Rankings and 18 votes in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Poll. Langlois ranks second nationally with 14 total points and eight goals while leading the country with five power-play goals. The junior's eight-game point streak was also the longest to start a season in Quinnipiac's Division I history. He also had a natural hat trick, the first since 2009, against Canisius.
Langlois was also named the ECAC Hockey Player of the Week in the season's first week and was also named the ECAC Hockey/Fischer Hockey Athlete of the Month.
