Condors Retain Beaudoin

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors, host of the 2010-11 ECHL All-Star Classic and ECHL affiliate of the Minnesota Wild , today announced the signing of former Quinnipiac standout Jean-Marc Beaudoin. The announcement was made by Head Coach Marty Raymond.

Beaudoin, 25, will be back in a Condors jersey after completing his NCAA career at Quinnipiac University. He only dressed in three games with the Condors last season, but in just that short time he made his presence felt. Beaudoin scored the game-winning goal 6:45 into the third period against the Idaho Steelheads on April 2that clinched the first ever division title in Condors history. He posted two goals and four PIM in his three Condors games.

Beaudoin dressed in 149 games during his four seasons at Quinnipiac, lighting the lamp 44 times and adding 57 assists for 101 career points. He also served as the team's captain during his senior year, and was selected to the ECAC All-Academic Team three times.
