Graduation will leave gaping holes all over the lineup next season
for Quinnipiac, which had its season end in the ECAC Hockey
quarterfinals at St. Lawrence over the weekend.
On offense, the Bobcats lose the nation’s leading scorer
(Bryan Leitch), and the seventh-leading goal scorer (David
Marshall). Also leaving are four starting defensemen, most notably
captain Dan Henningson, as well as four-year starting goaltender
Bud Fisher.
There’s also a strong possibility standout freshman goalie
Nick Pisellini, who left the team after the fall semester to be
closer to his ailing father, won’t return.
