Team Notes: Quinnipiac Hosts Bentley in Home Opener

Quinnipiac hosts Bentley University for the Bobcats’
2009-10 home opener at the TD Bank Sports Center in Hamden, Conn.
Quinnipiac enters the game with a record of 2-0-0 following a
two-game series sweep against previously-ranked No. 17 Ohio State
University at the Value City Arena in Columbus, Ohio. The game will
be Bentley’s first of the season.

A live video stream will be available for both games of the series
and can be accessed on the Bobcat Channel.com. In addition to the
videostream, WQUN’s Bill Schweizer, the “Voice of the
Bobcats” will have the play-by-play with color commentary
provided by Quinnipiac sports information director, Chris
Kotsopoulos. In addition, live statistics will be available for the
game courtesty of www.quinnipiacbobcats.com.
Last Time Out - Quinnipiac 3, Ohio State 1
Eric Lampe, Zach Hansen and Mike Atkinson all scored to
lead Quinnipiac to a 3-1 win against Ohio State University. Brandon
Wong had a pair of assists in the game while Dan Clarke stopped a
career-high 44 shots for his first win of the season.
