HAMDEN — Bryan Leitch has always been something of a
magician with the puck.
Since he began playing hockey as a kid in the Vancouver suburb of
Coquitlam, British Columbia, points just came easily for Leitch.
His ability to find even the narrowest opening on an opposing
goaltender, or to see a play unfold a split second before anyone
else was apparent.
Even now, as a senior forward at Quinnipiac, Leitch continues to
dazzle with his offensive skill. Leitch heads into this
weekend’s home ECAC Hockey series with Rensselaer and Union
leading the country in points (31) and assists (23).
