HAMDEN — The Quinnipiac men’s hockey team, winners of
only two games in the month of February, won’t exactly be
entering the postseason with a full head of steam.
But when the Bobcats open their first-round ECAC Hockey playoff
series with Colgate tonight, they’ll be as close to full
strength as they’ve been in six weeks.
Versatile junior forward Brandon Wong is expected to be in the
lineup for the first time since injuring his knee on Jan. 23, while
senior goaltender Bud Fisher is enjoying perhaps his best stretch
in two years.
