Team Notes: Bobcats Welcome Tigers to TD Banknorth Sports Center

Quinnipiac will host Princeton on Tuesday, Nov. 11 in an ECAC Hockey match-up set for 7 p.m. at the TD Banknorth Sports Center. Quinnipiac is coming off a 0-0 tie with Cornell on Saturday - the first scoreless tie in Bobcats’ history - and is 2-3-1 overall and 0-1-1 in ECAC Hockey action. Princeton is 2-1-0 overall and 1-1-0 in league play.

On The Air
The “Voice of the Bobcats” Bill Schweizer will have the play-by-play for Tuesday night’s game, joined alongside by Don Boyle with the color analysis. All Quinnipiac men’s ice hockey home games will be available on the Bobcats Sports Network on flagship WQUN 1220 AM (Hamden/New Haven), ESPN Radio 1410 (Hartford), WLIS 1420 AM (Old Saybrook), WMRD 1150 AM (Middletown) and www.quinnipiacbobcats.com.

Series History
The Bobcats are 4-3-0 all-time against Princeton, dating back to their first meeting on Nov. 22, 2005 when Princeton won, 3-2, at Hobey Baker Rink. The Bobcats took two of the three meetings with the Tigers in 2007-08 including a 4-0 win in Hamden on Nov. 16, a 5-2 win in Princeton, N.J. on Nov. 21 and finally a loss on Nov. 24 in Hamden. The Bobcats are 1-1-0 all-time at the TD Banknorth Sports Center against Princeton and 2-2-0 all-time on their home ice.
