Team Notes: Quinnipiac Looks for League Win Against Cornell

Quinnipiac will host Cornell on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. at
the TD Banknorth Sports Center in Hamden, Conn. The Bobcats lost
their ECAC Hockey opener on Friday, Nov. 7 to Colgate, 1-0, while
Cornell defeated Princeton, 1-0, in their first game of the year.
The Bobcats dropped to 2-3-0 overall and 0-1-0 in ECAC Hockey play
with the loss while Cornell is 1-0-0 overall and in league
action.
On The Air
The “Voice of the Bobcats” Bill Schweizer will have
the play-by-play for Friday night’s game, joined by former
NHL veteran Chris Kotsopoulos with the color analysis.

Series History
The Bobcats are 3-6-1 all-time against Cornell, with the Big Red
taking the last three games between the two teams.
Quinnipiac’s last win came in a 1-0 overtime victory in
Ithaca, N.Y. The Bobcats are 1-2-0 all-time at home against
Cornell, including a 3-2 overtime loss in their final meeting at
the TD Banknorth Sports Center (2/22/08).
