
Cashman Heads North to Toronto
TORONTO -- Mike Penny, General Manager of the Toronto Marlies, announced today that former Quinnipiac defencemen Reid Cashman has been reassigned from the ECHL's Columbia Inferno.
Cashman, a 6'2, 205-pound defenceman has appeared in five games this season with the Marlies, registering two assists, with a plus-two rating and two penalty minutes. He has skated in 35 games this season with the Columbia Inferno, recording 20 points (three goals, 17 assists) and 20 penalty minutes. The Red Wing, Minnesota native has registered four multi-assist games this season with Columbia and recorded 10 points (two goals, eight assists) in the month of February. Cashman is tied for first on the Inferno with 17 assists by a defenceman.
