Marlies Recall Cashman

COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Former Quinnipiac defensemen Reid Cashman,
Phil Oreskovic and Patrick Wellar have all been recalled to the
Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, Columbia Inferno
head coach and director of hockey operations Troy Mann announced
today.
"It's a great opportunity for the three of them," Mann said. "It's
unfortunate for us that we're losing a chunk of our defensive
corps, but this is a big positive for their careers."
Cashman, 24, has two assists and two penalty minutes in two games
with the Inferno after having been sent down Monday, Nov. 12. The
6-foot-2, 205-pound native of Red Wing, Minnesota has two assists
and two penalty minutes in three games with the Marlies this
season.
The Inferno return to the Carolina Coliseum Thursday, Nov. 29 to
host the Charlotte Checkers at 7:05 p.m. Individual tickets, group
