PRINCETON - Jody Pederson, who wrapped up his collegiate career as Princeton's fifth all-time leading scoring defenseman, has signed with the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League, becoming the third member of the Princeton men's hockey class of 2010 to embark on a professional career.
Pederson tallied 58 points on 12 goals and 46 assists in four seasons with the Tigers. He had a season-high 19 points as a junior and received first-team All-Ivy and third-team All-ECAC honors that season. Pederson completed his senior campaign with three goals and 11 assists from the Tiger blue line.
