ESTERO, Fla. -- Princeton’s Guy Gadowsky is a well-traveled
coach, even by hockey standards.
But the Colorado College alumnus (1989) and former captain can
trace his biggest steps forward into an eventual coaching career to
his tenure (1986-89) in Colorado Springs.
“You pick up things everywhere you go,” the economics
graduate said Tuesday before his Florida College Classic game.
“I was very lucky to have a year playing for Brad Buetow. My
first captain was Danny Brennan (1982-86), which was tremendous. If
someone ever tells me I’m as good a person as Danny,
I’d be very proud.”
