Team Notes: Princeton Opens with Pair of Exhibition Games

PRINCETON -- The Princeton men's hockey team faces its first
competition of the 2009-10 season this weekend when its hosts
Morrisville State and Windsor in exhibition action at Hobey Baker
Rink this weekend. Admission to both games is free of charge.
The weekend begins with a game Friday night against Division III
Morrisville State of the SUNYAC and concludes on Sunday afternoon
against the University of Windsor. Livestats for both games are
available on GoPrincetonTigers.com. Beginning with the Oct. 30 home
opener, GoPrincetonTigers.com will provide live audio and video
streaming of all regular-season home games.
Princeton has won 21 and 22 games in each of the past two seasons
and has made consecutive visits to the NCAA tournament. The Tigers
were the 2008 ECAC Hockey Champions and went to the ECAC's
Championship weekend last season. The Tigers return 21 players from
last year's team and 17 that were members of both NCAA tournament
teams.
