PRINCETON - The Princeton men's hockey team travels to UMass
Lowell this weekend for a pair of non-conference games prior to the
holiday break. The games are Princeton's first this season against
non-conference opponents.
The Tigers dropped both ends of last weekend's league series at
Brown and Yale after being held to a single goal in each game.
Princeton found itself playing from behind in both games, cutting
2-0 leads to 2-1 each day, but ultimately could get no closer in a
3-1 loss at Brown and a 4-1 loss at Yale.
Senior Cam MacIntyre scored Princeton's goal in the loss at Brown,
while junior Sam Sabky netted his second of the season at Yale. A
total of six players recorded points over the weekend, including
senior Dan Bartlett's team-leading ninth point of the season, and
assist on MacIntyre's goal, and freshman Eric Meland's first
collegiate point, an assist on Sabky's goal.
