Top-Seeded Princeton Wary of Colgate

ALBANY -- Three seasons ago, Princeton University had one of the poorest hockey programs in the country. The Tigers had gone 8-50-4 during the two previous seasons and prospects didn't look much better.
First-year coach Guy Gadowsky knew the team wasn't as bad as its record and set out to turn the Tigers around, even if it took the rest of the decade.
Well, it took about three seasons to get Princeton to the .500 and in this season, Gadowsky and the Tigers finished second in ECAC Hockey and were ranked as high as 14th nationally.
