Team Notes: Princeton Opens Home Schedule

Princeton opens the 2008-09 ECAC Hockey season this weekend at
home against Cornell and Colgate. Princeton is the defending ECAC
Hockey Tournament Champion.
On The Air
Friday afternoon's game will be televised live on ESPNU. Princeton
has played twice on ESPNU and is 1-1 in those games, beating
Dartmouth 5-2 at home last season, and losing to Dartmouth 2-1 in
overtime three seasons ago. Princeton was 4-1 in televised games
last season.
Last Time Out
Princeton opened the season last Friday night with a 4-1 win at
Brown in a non-conference game. Junior Mark Magnowski led the
Princeton attack with two goals and an assist, while sophomore
defenseman Matt Godlewski chipped in a pair of helpers. Seniors
Brett Wilson and Lee Jubinville provided the other goals.
