McCollem Honored at Harvard Senior Letterwinners' Dinner
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard forward Matthew McCollem was among 10 members of the Harvard class of 2011 honored at the annual Senior Letterwinners' Dinner held Wednesday at the Murr Center.
McCollem was given the John P. Fadden Award as the senior student who has overcome physical adversity to make a contribution to his or her team. McCollem underwent a total of four surgeries during his time at Harvard, but showed glimpses of his talent during his sophomore season, sharing the team lead with five power-play goals and two game-winning tallies.
