Leblanc Garners All-Rookie Selection
CAMBRIDGE, Mass.-Freshman forward Louis Leblanc of the Harvard
men's hockey team has been named to the ECAC Hockey All-Rookie
Team, the league office announced Tuesday afternoon.

all 11 of his goals and registered nine of his 10 assists in league
play, leading league freshmen in goals and ranking third in the

A native of Kirkland, Que., and the Montreal Canadiens'
first-round selection in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, Leblanc was

nationally in freshman goal-scoring and 11th in point-scoring among
rookies.
Leblanc was joined on the ECAC All-Rookie squad by Rensselaer

George Hughes, Cornell defenseman Nick D'Agostino and Union
goaltender Keith Kinkaid. He is the 24th Harvard player to be
selected to the team, which was first named at the conclusion of
the 1987-88 season. The Crimson's last ECAC All-Rookie player was
current Harvard captain Alex Biega in 2006-07.
