Cavanagh Heads Back to Worcester
SAN JOSE, Calif. -- San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and
General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has
reassigned former Harvard forward Tom Cavanagh to the Worcester
Sharks, the team’s top development affiliate in the American
Hockey League.
Cavanagh spent 12 games with San Jose, adding one assist and two
penalty minutes. In 21 games with Worcester, he posted 18 points
(9-9=18) and 17 penalty minutes. He was originally selected by San
Jose in the sixth round (182nd overall) of the 2001 NHL Entry
Draft.
