Dominic Moore knew that being traded to the Maple Leafs last
season from the Minnesota Wild would transform his professional
career.
No longer would the 6-foot, 193-pound centre be able to step out
to the corner store for a loaf of bread and a bag of milk without
being stopped half a dozen times for an autograph or to listen to a
rant about the recent fates of the Boys in Blue.
In Minneapolis he might go an entire season without being
recognized.
