Fleming Named Dartmouth Athlete of Week
HANOVER, N.H. - Since the start of the New
Year, Dartmouth forward Scott Fleming has distinguished himself
from the rest of pack and earned Dartmouth's first Cross High
Performance Male Athlete of the Week of 2011.
Fleming was an integral part of the Big Green's upset of
fourth-ranked New Hampshire this past weekend.

Fleming (Plainfield, Ont.) has scored in eight of the last
nine games for Dartmouth including two points in two non-conference
victories last week. Against in-state rival, New Hampshire his
power play goal late in the first period tied the contest as the
Big Green went on to defeat the 4th-ranked Wildcats, 5-4, for the
first time since 2008. Fleming currently leads the team in scoring
with 20 points along with eight goals and 12 assists. He needs just
five more points to become the 34th player in Dartmouth history to
record 100 points or more.
