Glass Flying High About Jets

Tanner Glass has already been inundated with phone calls from relatives and friends planning to drive to see him play on his new team and, of course, maybe getting a freebie ticket or two.
After all, it's only a five and a halfhour drive from his Regina hometown to Winnipeg, the type of straight shot that Prairie folks think nothing of.
The gritty winger's two-year stint in Vancouver came to an end on July 1 as the Canucks opted to make changes on their fourth line. His grit may be replaceable, but the personality in the dressing room, not so much.
