HANOVER, N.H. - There is a lot to say about being consistent. Sometimes the best players aren't the flashiest or the ones that score the prettiest goals, but the players who are on the scoresheet night in and night out.

Doug Jones (Marietta, Ga.) is that type of player for the Dartmouth men's hockey team.

In each of his first three seasons in a Big Green sweater, Jones has had 21 or more assists. He has either been the team leader or second in helpers and has been in the top four in scoring every year since coming to Hanover. But don't think that because he is the top returning scorer from last season's team that the senior assistant captain is carrying too much weight on his shoulders.
