Dartmouth Conducts Annual CHaD Toy Drive

HANOVER, N.H. - The Dartmouth's men's hockey team will hold its annual toy drive for the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD) during this Sunday's game against Sacred Heart at 4 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys to Thompson Arena for the afternoon contest with the Pioneers. Those fans who do bring toys to the designated tables on the concourse will be entered into a raffle with great Dartmouth hockey prizes donated by the team.

Prizes that fans will have the opportunity to take home include: a signed jersey of this year's team, a signed stick, two (2) season tickets for the 2012-13 season, two (2) pairs of single-game tickets for future games this season, signed pucks and signed team posters.

All toys will be wrapped and delivered to patients at CHaD by the Big Green. During a visit, the toys donated from Sunday's event will be passed out by the players as they move from room to room, talking and visiting with the kids.

Since the raffle will take place during Sunday's game, fans are asked to donate these new, unwrapped toys by the end of the first period.
