Shields Continues to Impress

JOHNSTOWN — Connor Shields has done more than earn a roster
spot since joining the Johnstown Chiefs as a relatively unknown
free agent during training camp.
Shields has developed into one of the ECHL’s top
rookies.
That point was reinforced on Thursday, when Shields, a forward,
landed a spot on the American Conference roster for the
ECHL???All-Star Game that will be played on Jan. 20 at Citizens
Business Bank Arena, home of the Ontario (Calif.) Reign.
