There was a moment after the Pittsburgh Penguins won the Stanley
Cup that Ben Lovejoy felt appreciated.
It was during the celebration in the Penguins’ locker room
when Lovejoy, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins head coach Todd
Reirden and five of his teammates from the AHL club hoisted the cup
for a photo.
“It made us feel like we were appreciated and a part of
things,” Lovejoy said.
