Dartmouth Hosts Skate with the Big Green

HANOVER, N.H. -- Dartmouth men's hockey players continue to give
back to the community by hosting the annual Skate with the Big
Green on Sunday, Oct. 18. Skate with the Big Green is presented by
White River Toyota and is a free event that is open to the
public.
The team will participate in an open practice at Thompson Arena
before joining the fans on the ice at 1:00. Hot dogs and drinks
will be served on the concourse behind the press box. Skate with
the Big Green is an event that has been ongoing for more than 11
years.
"This is a great opportunity for us to give back to a community
that continually supports us," said senior captain Peter Boldt. "We
enjoy what Skate with the Big Green provides for us as we like
meeting with our fans. It's the least we can do for the people that
help us by filling Thompson Arena and supporting us all season
long."
